The UK is facing its biggest housing shortfall on record with a backlog of 4 million homes, and the government are behind on their house building targets in most regions.

Kings Property Developments are keen to help meet those targets by working with local councils by building the houses and accommodation that are needed in any particular area. We identify potential sites and present them to local councils to get their opinion on the possibility of developing them for the local community. Kings Property Developments also work with landowners who have surplus land or properties that they would rather capitalise on than have the burden of maintaining them.

The Market

The market opportunity relates to being able to buy confidently below market value, refurbish in a timely fashion and sell at an increased value. We regularly receive property deals that, after analysis, are worth investing in. We make money when we buy, so purchasing the correct property is vital. We analyse and carry out all due diligence on an investment deal to deliver on our goals.

There are various categories of people requiring a quick sale and where the property will require modernising, a low sale price will present cash buyers with an opportunity.

Although competition is high, we build solid relationships to ensure we secure the best deals for our investors. Through our companies, we have trusted relationships with project managers and our team of tradesmen who will complete the refurbishments.

Kings Property Developments Ltd has projects in all areas of England, however our primary area of investment is in the surrounding areas of Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.

We ensure that all electrical and mechanical systems supplied and fitted, in combination with insulation supplied to all elements of the building fabric, achieve the best possible Energy Performance Rating – targeting to an EPC Score of ‘A’.
