Kings Property Developments Ltd is founded by company Directors Russell Coomber and Darren Nash, both of which have been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years, working on projects of varying sizes. Russell and Darren are very accustomed to the day to day running of a construction project and have a vast knowledge of man management, material purchasing and cash flow in order to deliver the project on time and within budget.

Each project is solely managed by our Directors to ensure robust leadership, with a streamlined project delivery schedule.

Regular checks are carried out to ensure work is completed on schedule, with no delays and that the workmanship is of the high standard expected.

Timely Project Management

The working knowledge our Directors at Kings Property Development Ltd posses enables us to source properties that are ideal for conversion (usually 40% under market value) with accurate timescales as to the project completion.

Sales and marketing is managed by our office staff.
